Function
Washing machine temperature sensor is one of the important sensing components inside the washing machine. It senses the change of the internal water temperature of the washing machine, and feeds the signal back to the control unit of the washing machine. The control unit changes the operating state of the washing machine according to the received signal, so as to realize the operation of the washing machine at different temperatures. In the washing process, the washing machine control unit needs to control the water temperature of the washing machine according to different washing procedures, different clothing materials, different degrees of dirt and other factors, so as to achieve the best washing effect.Sensor is installed in wind channel of clothes dryer to detect temperature of intake air and exhaust air. Sensor is recommneded for washing machine, and it is generally installed next to heating pipe for water temperature detection.
The principle of washing machine temperature sensor
The washing machine temperature sensor is the 1 temperature measuring element based on the thermoelectric effect. It uses the thermocouple principle to convert the temperature into a voltage signal, and then the voltage signal is converted into a digital signal through an AD converter, and finally fed back to the control unit of the washing machine to control the temperature of the washing machine. Specifically, the washing machine temperature sensor is composed of two conductor materials of different materials. When the two materials are in contact, a 1 thermoelectric effect will be generated, which converts the temperature into an electrical signal. The magnitude of this electrical signal is proportional to the temperature. After the washing machine control unit detects the electrical signal, the electrical signal can be converted into a real water temperature by a calibration coefficient, so as to realize the operation control of the washing machine at different temperatures.
